RECOGNITION
FOR THE GOOD OF THE ORDER & THE LODGE
Brother Mike Lixandroiu has been traveling extensively, visiting Lodges outside the U.S., and bringing warm, fraternal greetings from our Worshipful Lodge, the WM, and the brethren. He attended the annual meeting of one of the Grand Lodges within the United Grand Lodges of Germany, and in June of 2005 attended a "warm sands" Shrine initiation in Heidelberg, Germany, by the European Shrine Club where he is currently a life member. Brother Mike is also a member of one of the Lodges in Germany, having been in the elected Officers' line 2003-2004. The Lodge of Brother Mike's membership in Europe held its installation of Officers for the ensuing Masonic year in September of 2005, at the same time celebrating its 50 year anniversary. Brothers representing Lodges from Germany as well as several other countries were in attendance, and a Fraternal time was had by all Brethren, friends, as well as family members.

PRESIDENT OF THE EUROPEAN SHRINE CLUB
On 14 December 2004, our Brother, Dennis Febles, was sworn in as an Attorney to the Commonwealth's Bar. The ceremony took place inside historic Feneuil Hall in Boston, and presiding was one of the Chief Justices, and the Clerk of the Court. Let us all join Bro. Febles in celebrating, or at least recognizing and giving him a round of well deserved applause. A well deserved accomplishment for this veteran Law Enforcement Officer and Service Member in our Armed Forces. We wish him well in his new endeavor should he chose to pursue it further, and we hope that he will.
Let us all wish the best to Wor:. Terrence E. DeGrenier, member of Lawrence United Lodge, and WM of Saggahew Lodge.
Brothers Manuel Joaquin, Daryl Khan, and Mike Lixandroiu, donated a two door stainless steel industrial refrigerator to the Lodge. With their assistance, as well as Wor:. Peter Bliven and Wor:. John MacKenzie's, the unit was installed in the kitchen.
Thanks to Wor:. William E. Higton, Bro. Paul Brown and Wor:. Richard Hagan, who painted the candidates' dressing area, as well as corridor outside the Lodge room. Last year, Bill Higton painted the Lodge room. Bill is also working on the rooms across the Lodge room. A job well done!
Wor:. John MacKenzie has installed the new lights in the kitchen, and is installing the new emergency lights.
